Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances.

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product received is incorrect or not as described.

2. Return Process

• Contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
• Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide return shipping instructions.
• Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Note: Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

4. Refunds/Exchanges

• Refunds will be processed as store credit and will be credited to your account wallet for future purchases.
• If you choose to exchange an item, the fastest way to receive a different one is to return the product. Once the return is accepted, the refund will be credited to your account wallet, allowing you to place a separate order for the new item.
• Refunds or exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days after the return has been approved and received.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued as store credit to your account wallet for future purchases.

 

• Non-Cancellable Orders: Once 24 hours have passed or the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
